Below are the various situations where you will be entitled to a full, partial or no refund depending upon the fulfillment of criteria during your product/service purchase from our CAOI website.

  1. There will bea refund applicable in scenarios where there is a clear breach or problem in our products or services due to late or wrong product delivery, product damage, service issues and other such circumstances.
  2. If a customer first makes a payment and then changes his mind for a refund without appropriate reasons. The request is bound to fail.
  3. There will be no refund for scenarios like a customer doing an incorrect form filling,rejection from competent authorities, trademark issues and more.
  4. If an application is pending or withheld by any Government department,the refund will not open.
  5. When the refund request is raised by the customer/client 30 days after the product/service purchase or after the successful completion of product/service delivery, a refund will not be there.
  6. If the client is non-responsive for over two months,the order will be considered null and void,and a refund will not be entitled at all.

After the approval of a refund request, it shall be initiated and informed via email/SMS. Further, the entire refund process would take around 15 business days and shall be credited directly to your bank accountonly. We are working to accomplish the refund process quickly without any hiccups.
